• Purchase an eligible RV product at the South Australia’s Caravan,Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026, Adelaide Showgrounds

• Four draws in total. One draw for each event day, each to the value of $5000.

*RV product definition: For the purposes of this promotion, “RV” includes camper trailers, hybrid campers, pop top caravans, caravans, slide on, campervans, and motorhomes
Promotion Period: The Promotion opens at 9:30am (ACST) on Thursday 23rd July 2026 and closes at 4:30pm (ACST) on Sunday, 26th July 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
Who can enter: Entry is open only to show attendees/visitors who are over the age of 18 years who have bought an eligible RV Product at the South Australia’s Caravan,Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026.
How to enter: 1. Purchase an eligible RV product onsite during the conduct of the South Australia’s Caravan, Camping Outdoor Sale at Adelaide Showgrounds.

2. At the time of purchase /signing of the contract, make sure to scan the competition entry QR code with the Show Exhibitor/Dealer (each Show Exhibitor/Dealer will have a copy of the QR code at their stand.

3. Complete the entry form in full and submit your details.

4. One entry per RV product sold.

5. Proof of RV product purchase will be confirmed with the relevant Show Exhibitor/Dealer.
Entries permitted: Entrants may enter only once in accordance with the entry requirements above. There is a limit of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction. By completing the entry requirements, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. For clarity, entrants must fully fill out the online entry form when they enter the promotion. More than one (1) prize permitted for SA residents.
Prize(s): $5000.00 towards the cost of an eligible RV product purchased at the South Australia’s Caravan, Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026. There will be one (1) $5000 draw for each event day (four in total, $20,000 AUD total prize pool).
Draw Date: The promotion/prize draws will take place on Thursday 23rd July, Friday 24th July, Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26th July at the Event Office, Adelaide Showgrounds. Each draw will be made using a random number generator with the winning entry being the first validated and confirmed entry drawn. Competition entrants do not have to be present at the time of draw.
Notification Means: Each daily prize winner will be notified by phone, and follow up email, within seven (7) days of the draw date using the contact details provided on the submitted entry form.
Publication of winners: The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each winner will be published on our Caravan & Camping SA website(https://www.caravanandcampingsa.com.au) within 30 days of the draw date for a period of 30 days.
Delivery of Prize(s): Caravan & Camping Industries Association of SA / NT (CCIASA/NT) will make the $5000 prize payment directly to the selling dealer prior to handover of the purchased RV. No cash will be paid directly to the entrant, and no cash will be paid to the dealer outside of the agreed prize amount. The prize is not transferable for cash or exchangeable. If the purchase contract does not proceed to settlement, is cancelled, or otherwise falls over for any reason, the prize entitlement will be deemed null and void. CCIASA/NT reserves the right to withdraw the prize without liability if eligibility is not maintained. CCIASA/NT will require proof of a zero-balance contract from the participating dealer once transaction is complete.
CCIASA/NT CCIASA/NT agrees to the following:

• Promotion of the competition via various mediums leading into and during the event period.

• Supply each relevant exhibitor of RV products at the South Australia’s Caravan, Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026 with signage promoting the competition.

Supply a laminated, poster contacting instructions on how to enter and the QR for entrants to scan.
Dealer Obligations: It is the responsibility/obligation of participating Show Exhibitor/Dealers at the South Australia’s Caravan, Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026.

• Make available to all RV purchasers, at the time of signing a Sales Contract at the South Australia’s Caravan, Camping & Outdoor Sale 2026, the Promotions QR code which will enable the purchaser to submit an entry at the time of purchase for the chance to win $5000 towards their RV purchase.

• Show Exhibitor/Dealer – After each random daily draw the Promoter (CCIASA/NT) will make contact with the Show Exhibitor/Dealer to validate that a RV product Sales Contract has been signed by the entrant. When the Show Exhibitor/Dealer approves this detail the prize winner can be confirmed.

*Where a participating dealer fails to confirm entrant details in the manner outlined above, the entrant may be deemed ineligible for inclusion in the daily prize draw. Caravan & Camping Industries Association SA/NT cannot be held liable in any way for entrant details not being submitted by the Show Exhibitor/Dealer.

Cancellation:
including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Caravan & Camping Industries Association SA / NT, Caravan & Camping Industries Association SA / NT, may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read the Terms and Conditions (and Schedule) and that entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of them.

2. The promotion commences on the start date and concludes on the end date (“promotional period”). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the promotional period.

4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the participating venues,agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, the promoter, business involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the promotion, any organisation benefiting from the promotion, the promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5. Draw: (a) the draw will take place at 5:00pm ACDT on Thursday 23rd July, Friday 24th July, Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26th July at the Event Office, Adelaide Showgrounds. Each draw will be made using a random number generator with the winning entry being the first validated and confirmed entry drawn. Competition entrants do not have to be present at the time of draw. The promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request.

6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.

7. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize within the timeframe outlined in the schedule, they forfeit the prize. No redraw will be conducted and the prize will not be awarded to any other person/s. The promoter is not obliged to substitute, replace or otherwise award the forfeited prize.

8. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the promotion.

9. Entrants must keep their proof of purchase as specified in the schedule as proof of purchase. If an entrant/dealer fails to produce the proof of purchase for a specific entry when requested by the promoter, the promoter has the right to invalidate the entrantsrespective entry for which proof of purchase cannot be provided and /or all entries submitted by that entrant and/or forfeit the entrants right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify: (a) the dealer/store of purchase; (b) the qualifying transaction; and (c) that the purchase was made during the promotional period.

10. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended the retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.

11. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

12. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

13. No entry fee is charged by the promoter to enter the promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their internet service provider.

14. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

15. Entrants personal information will be collected by the promoter. Personal information will be stored on the promoter’s databases. If the entrant selects the required tick box on entry, the promoter may use the information for future marketing purposes regarding their products, including contacting the entrant electronically. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoters privacy policy which is located at https://www.caravanandcampingsa.com.au/privacy-policy/ The promoter gathers personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this promotion and may disclose the entrants personal information to third parties including prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter into the promotion.

16. The promoter will only publish the winners last name, initial of the first name and postcode of residence.

17. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.18. If a prize is provided to the promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier.

19. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

20. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

21. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity ofentries and entrants details (including an entrants identity, age and place of residence). Inthe event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited any may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

22. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. In the event, that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion or claiming a prize, the promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the promoter’s decision will be final.

23. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection wit this promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the promoters liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).24. Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner and cannot be separated into separate events or components.

25. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advise in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
