Join Sprout Cooking School’s Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis live on the Main Stage as they whip up quick, fresh meals designed for caravan kitchens, camp stoves and tight storage. Expect practical tips, easy swaps and plenty of laughs from two of SA’s best-loved food identities — plus a few ideas you can take straight from the show to your own rig.

Callum Hann is a chef, author and passionate food educator with deep roots in the Barossa Valley. In 2011 he co-founded Sprout Cooking School with Themis Chryssidis, and has since authored three cookbooks — The Starter Kitchen, I’d Eat That! and Quick. Easy. Healthy. Callum has gone on to open several well-known Adelaide venues including Roma Restaurant and Piazza, Olive and POP, and is a regular media contributor. You may also recognise him from his presenting role on Channel Seven’s SA Life and Discover with RAA Travel. Callum is an ambassador for the Cancer Council, PIRSA, Pick a Local SA and the Adelaide Crows.

Themis Chryssidis holds a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Psychology, and is Managing Director of Sprout Food Group, which he co-founded with Callum Hann in 2011. A respected dietitian and media spokesperson, Themis was awarded the Dietitians Association of Australia’s Young Achiever Award in 2017 and was an InDaily 40 Under 40 finalist in 2019. He consults privately at Sprout on eating disorders, allergies and intolerances, and is an ambassador for the Jodi Lee Foundation, Health Partners and Mitolo Family Farms.
